If a task or enhancement exceeds your allocated monthly time, we will provide a separate quote for your approval. Requests beyond your plan will be evaluated individually, and with your consent, we can proceed with additional work. Any extra time will be billed at our current support rate of $100/hour.
Yes. You can request to change your plan at any time, just shoot an email to support so we can upgrade or downgrade you plan. Changes will be reflected on your next billing cycle. Keep in mind it’s that best to discuss what you are looking to achieve before downgrading your account to avoid any negative progress on you current goals.
If you cancel the plan before 12 months, you forfeit your website. If you cancel after 12 months, we will assist you in migrating your website to a new hosting provider.

All accounts start with up to 5,000 contacts per month, a fee of $1 for each 1,000 additional contacts per month.
The whole purpose of a care plan to prevent anything from happening. We can’t promise your website will not be hacked but we will be there to restore and cleanup of the website with one of our backups.
No charges will apply when your number of visits exceeds your plan limit. However, if you consistently go over your visit limits, we will ask that you upgrade your plan to a level that’s appropriate for the number of visits that you’ve been receiving.
When your storage exceeds your limit, we charge an additional $1 for every GB you are over your limit.
