Production time depends on the size and quality of content that you have ready to go. A basic website typically takes around 4 weeks from beginning to end.

Yes! with our premium care plan. Websites with advanced functionality like payment processing require more resources to manage and means we’ll be able to dedicate what’s needed to keep your website secure, fast and running smoothly.

Just send an email to support with instructions on what you want to change and we’ll get to work right away and notify you when it’s done, usually within the next business day, unless it’s an emergency. Depending on your plan, you’ll receive a monthly time allotment ranging from 30 to 240 minutes for website support. This time can be used for any text or image changes that take 30 minutes or less to complete. We track all support time in 15-minute increments.This typically covers things like updating a page, adding a testimonials section or editing your site navigation. Advanced or custom features like an online shop, membership section or graphic design work are not covered.

If a task or enhancement exceeds your allocated monthly time, we will provide a separate quote for your approval. Requests beyond your plan will be evaluated individually, and with your consent, we can proceed with additional work. Any extra time will be billed at our current support rate of $100/hour.

If you cancel the plan before 12 months, you forfeit your website. If you cancel after 12 months, we will assist you in migrating your website to a new hosting provider.
